MILLION MOONS
THURSDAY
Million Moons is an instrumental post-rock quartet with roots in London and the Isle of Mull. The band consists of Ed Thompson (guitar, keyboards), Solomon Radley (drums), Freddie Locock-Harrison (guitar), and Jay Miller (bass). The band’s sound fuses rich, atmospheric soundscapes and classical song structures with modern rock and metal instrumentation and multi-instrumental panache.
Their third album, 'You Be Good, I Love You', invites listeners to reflect on the nature of consciousnesses other than our own. It takes its name from the last words of Alex, an African grey parrot who was the subject of a long-running study of avian intelligence. It was produced by Lewis Johns and released via Dunk! Records (Mainland Europe), Ripcord Records (UK), A Thousand Arms (US) and AnGoal Music (Mainland China).
