You’ll get 3 nights camping, over 90 bands across 4 stages, a silent disco and some of the best food and drink money can buy. ArcTanGent, the best weekend of your summer guaranteed!


ArcTanGent is hosted on Fernhill Farm, Compton Martin, BS40 6LD, only a short journey from Bristol city centre, Bristol Temple Meads Station and Bristol Airport. The entrance to the festival is on the B3134. Click here for directions.


ArcTanGent has a few simple rules to make the festival an enjoyable experience for all.

  • No dogs or pets on site.
  • Fires and charcoal BBQs are not permitted on site.
  • No drugs.
  • SLR and other professional cameras are only permitted on site with a press pass. Compact digital/film cameras are fine for all non-press attendees.
  • Under 18’s need to be accompanied by an adult (a responsible person over the age of 21).


There is no minimum age restriction, however under 18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Under 18s without an accompanying adult will not be permitted onto the site.


There is a “bring your own” alcohol limit at ArcTanGent. Guests over 18 (with approved ID) may bring 1 crate of lager, ale or cider in non-glass containers or 1 bottle of spirits or wine in non-glass containers. For safety reasons glass is not permitted and will be confiscated. Under 18s will not be permitted to bring alcohol onto the site and will have it confiscated by security.


Small gas camping stoves can be used providing they are off the ground and do not scorch the grass. Fires and charcoal BBQs are not permitted on site, as a condition of our license.

Music finishes by 23:00 each night and will be followed by a Silent Disco until 03:00. The full line up can be viewed here.


Tangerine Fields provide a range of choices for camping options at ArcTanGent. From bell tents, to cosy cubes, geo domes and pre-pitched dome tents; there are options for all budgets. If you are travelling from overseas or wish to travel light to get to ArcTanGent, you can also purchase mattresses, bedding, sleeping bags and other camping accessories which will be waiting for you when you arrive. ArcTanGent is a cashless festival. Details to follow.


Cash machines are available on site.


ArcTanGent weekend tickets include camping onsite at Fernhill Farm. Day tickets do not include camping. Please take home your tent. Left tents go to landfill as most are not suitable for charities. For pre-pitched tents please see boutique and pre-pitched camping above.


Campervans are permitted on site. There is a designated campervan parking area. Camping is not permitted in the campervan parking area. You are required to have a campervan ticket if you wish to stay in your campervan. These are available from the tickets page.


ArcTanGent is planning to go ahead in 2021. In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, you understand that there are particular risks associated with attending any outdoor gathering and by attending agree to comply with all government guidelines. If the government enforces another lockdown and we are unable to go ahead as planned, refunds will be available.

As a condition of our licence, dogs are not permitted on the site (except guide dogs).


Illegal Substances may not be brought into the site. You may be searched at the entrance. Refusal to be searched will result in the denial of entry.


ArcTanGent is not a child-orientated event; however, families are welcome to attend. Under 10s tickets are available for free from our website. There are a limited number of these tickets available. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Please ensure your child is wearing a wristband with a parent/guardians mobile number on it so we can contact you if needed. These wristbands are available from wristband exchange.


There is on-site first aid provided by St. John’s Ambulance.


ArcTanGent uses a “Challenge 25” and “Proof of Age” scheme, so anyone who looks under 25 must bring official ID (passport, driving license or other photo ID). Anyone without the relevant ID will be issued with an under 18 wristband.


An information/ point is situated at wristband exchange. Lost property will be taken to the security shipping container.

A member of the NotLost team will get back to you and handle your enquiry within 1 working day of receiving the lost property to their London HQ. If your item was handed in NotLost will be able to provide collection details and a variety of postage options should they have your item.

A live silent disco takes place on Thursday on the main stage and a regular silent disco takes place on the Friday and Saturday night (from 11pm-3am) . Headphones are available for a £10 refundable deposit.


As ArcTanGent is a 4-day camping festival the event runs continuously from Thursday 09:00 till Sunday 03:00  however due to licensing laws you can only enter the festival between the following hours. To enter the site on the Wednesday you must hold a Wednesday early entry ticket (in addition to your weekend ticket) which is available on our ticket page.

The site officially closes at 14:00 on Sunday. On the Wednesday you will be permitted to enter the site from 16:00 (with an early entry ticket, which includes camping on Wednesday night). 3 day ticket holders will be allowed into the campsite from Thursday at 09:00 and Wristband Exchange will be open from 11:00.

ArcTanGent is held on Fernhill Farm, Cheddar Road, Compton Martin, BS40 6LD, however, the main entrance is on the B3134 and can be viewed here. There is a car park at Fernhill Farm. Car parking is charged at £20 for the duration of the weekend. Advanced parking tickets can be bought here at a cost of £10.


Tuned in Travel will operate a regular coach service from Bristol Temple Meads and Bristol Airport.

Pick Up Locations

Bristol Temple Meads Station = Bristol Temple Meads Incline – Outside the station

Bristol Airport = Coach stop next to  The Old Forge, Bridgewater Road, Bristol BS40 9UR (roughly about 800 metres from the airport arrivals exit)

Tickets for the coaches are available from Tuned in Travel. If tickets are no longer on sale on the website they are available on the day, cash only.

Coach Times

To view the Coach times please visit Tuned In Travel. Pick up from Bristol Temple Meads and Bristol Airport (Thursday & Friday only). You are welcome to take any bus to the festival from Bristol Temple Mead or Bristol Airport at any time on Thursday & Friday. Please note this is not a shuttle bus service, tickets are valid from one inward journey and one oward journey. There are no coaches operating on a Saturday. If you buy a return ticket, for the avoidance of doubt this means one trip from Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Airport to the festival on Thursday or Friday and then one return journeys back to Bristol Temple Meads or Bristol Airport on the Sunday.  If you need to return to Bristol on Thursday Friday or Saturday other transport (pre-booked taxis) will be necessary.

Tuned in Travel will be providing returning direct coach travel to ArcTanGent from various UK cities including Cardiff, London, Newport, and Manchester.

Bus timetable departing from UK cities is available from Tuned in Travel. Please double check all times with Tuned in Travel closer to the festival in case of any last minute changes.


If you plan to travel to ArcTanGent by train, the best station to arrive at is Bristol Temple Meads.

If you are travelling to ArcTanGent from overseas, the closest airport is Bristol Airport. From Bristol Airport the easiest way to get to the festival site is by taxi or with our travel partner, Tuned in Travel. The festival site is less than 10 miles (approx. a 20-minute drive) from the Bristol Airport. If you arrive at any other UK airport, please refer to the other modes of transport for onward journey to ArcTanGent.

ArcTanGent is held on a farm. There are a few hard roads around the site but these are stoney roads that in wet-weather may become mud-covered.

A valid form of photo ID is required to redeem your ticket. Accepted forms of ID are driving licenses, passports and Proof of Age Scheme card (e.g. Validate UK, Connexions Card).


If you have not received your e-ticket or you need to re-print your ticket you can do so by logging into your Eventbrite account here.


Name changes are possible by logging into your Eventbrite account.

Reserve your ticket by paying a £20 or £50 deposit now and pay the balance any time between now and May 1st.

To upgrade (or transfer) your tickets from a Buy Now Pay Later ticket to a full ticket (at any time between now and May 1st) simply log into your Eventbrite account via

You may need to set up a password if you don’t have an account already. However, Eventbrite will have stored a default username for you as the email address you used to buy tickets.

To find your ticket for ArcTanGent in your Eventbrite account:

  • Click “View Order” On the right-hand side. (Not the actual icon or title of the festival).
  • Click “Transfer” & select the full price 2 day, 3 day or VIP ticket to which you wish to transfer.
  • It will then ask you to pay the remaining balance (minus the deposit amount you’ve already paid).


Instructions on how to upgrade are as follows…

  • Visit
  • Find your ATG ticket and click “Manage order” / “View order” Please note only the original ticket purchaser will be able to do this & you need to make sure you log into Eventbrite with the same email you used at the time of purchase.
  • Click “Transfer”
  • Select the ticket to which you want to upgrade & follow the steps. (It will then ask you to pay the difference).

We use a platform called GoCardless to provide instalment tickets. You should receive a confirmation email from them after confirming your details. Occasionally GoCardless confirmations are delayed or end up in your junk mail. If you do not receive it 24 hours after setup, please email tickets[at]arctangent[dot]co[dot]uk Unfortunately we’re unable to change bank details once the direct debit is set up, so please make sure you use a bank account which you don’t intend to change before the end of the instalments.  If you’ve missed a payment on your instalment, no need to worry. Please contact us at tickets[at]arctangent[dot]co[dot]uk and we can reinstate your instalment plan. If you have purchased an instalment ticket, this ticket will not appear on your Eventbrite account until you’ve finalised your payments and 2-3 weeks before the festival, when we manually send you the ticket.


Under 10s tickets are available for free from our website. There are a limited number of these tickets available. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

ArcTanGent operates a ‘Challenge 25’ policy. If you look under 25 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age when buying alcohol. We accept the following forms of identification: Current UK Passport Current Driver’s License or Provisional License Proof of Age Scheme card (e.g. Validate UK, Connexions Card). Even if you have been issued with an over 18’s wristband you may still be asked for ID at the bar. It is illegal to buy alcohol for persons under the age of 18, if you do you risk being ejected from the festival.
